Taking a look at the menu, one’s imagination immediately flares up with dishes like, Baked Goat’s Cheese in Filo Pastry, Buccatini pasta cooked with a marriage of fresh shellfish, while the pork Fillet dish has become a legendary, the perfect cooked Fillet Steaks and Rabbit Dishes are close contenders. If one opts for fish, the restaurant serves daily fresh fish that are brought in by the local fisherman, as well as dishes like a trio of Marinated fresh seared Octopus, Tuna and Swordfish as well as King Prawns served on a bed of rice.
The restaurant operates from the Palace’s cellar which used to serve as the servants’ quarters in years gone by. The cellar’s restaurant offers cozy, warm and serene ambience with candles lit throughout the restaurant to add a touch of romance to it.
