At Parapett we offer a vast and varied menu based on a modern Mediterranean cuisine with international influences. There's a great selection of dishes ranging from anything like a fillet of beef carpaccio or a Tandoori chicken in puff pastry to a Lemon Prawns & Sweet Chilli Dressing Salad or our signature pasta dish – the Taglioline Nere con Gamberi.
The chefs take great pride in sourcing the best available produce on our islands. Our fresh local fish is carefully selected daily and guaranteed to satisfy the most discerning.
We also keep up the tradition of the original Parapett as being one of the best pizzerias on the island since it opened in the late 1970s – fresh and innovative ingredients on a thin and crispy base. An endless selection of pizzas is available combining pizzas from the original 1970s Parapett like the Mexico Ole' and Pesto with new additions like the Tricolore and Santorini.
Our open-air terrace is ideal for al fresco dining on those sunny afternoons or cool evenings sipping one of our cocktails or a bottle of wine from our vast list covering the old and new worlds. All our wines are carefully stored at optimal temperature and humidity levels.
Our desserts are hard to resist - the chocolate brownie topped with a dame blanche is probably the most popular followed closely by our amazing fresh fruit selection in a Florentine basket and the Grand Marnier flambeed fruit pancake.
Parapett also caters for special dietary requirements by serving a selection of dairy-free options and homemade gluten-free pizzas and pasta.
