Swing, the original and spontaneous music in which the likes of Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Dean Martin to name a few has been regaining popularity in recent years.

Though one may think that this kind of music appeals to a certain age group, Michael Buble`, Diana Krall and Robbie Williams with his Swing `While You`re Winnin`` album have proved otherwise.

This event is being directed by none other than Maestro Sigmund Mifsud. The latter is highly known for his eye for detail with big shows having his touch. These include the likes of National Orchestra Goes Pop, previous Swing concerts and Rockestra.

This edition of Hilton Swings will feature a 16 instrument big band which will feature Daniel Cauchi as the main singer. Daniel is a highly competent musician and singer especially when it comes to Swing.

In this highly awaited event be prepared to listen to standard Swing numbers such as `Smile`, `My Way`, `Fly Me To The Moon` and `Night and Day`. Other numbers which are not usually associated with Swing such as The Beatles` `Can`t Buy Me Love` will be given a swing arrangement. Guest singers will be Francesca & Moira.

A reception for all guests will be held at 7 pm, featuring an Art exhibition by Rupert Cefai. Free drinks will be served. The Swing Concert starts at 8pm.
