The Maltese Islands’ clear blue sea offers a vast variety of dive sites, some of the most common and interesting are caves, drop offs, grottos, reefs and wrecks.

The majority of these sites are easily accessed either from shore or by boat and offer top quality dives and an extremely diverse underwater life. For this reason Malta is considered as a top class diving destination for top notch divers. The islands also offer an opportunity to start diving for beginners. The numerous sheltered bays surrounding the coast offer shallow and easy dive conditions suitable for first time divers. For the more experienced ones, there are various sites that include archaeological artefacts from various eras.

The climate is relatively warm all year round. Due to the clarity of the waters and the calmness of the sea most dives offer a 25 meter visibility.

Although the best centres’ bases are found in this locality, activities do not stick to the area’s surroundings, however the best locations around the Maltese archipelago are sought for as to make the adventure more unique and memorable.
