Meet Urban Echo Troupe, also known as U.E.T. A local hip hop crew that has been taking various stages by storm for the past five years. 'We've been puppets, zombies and robots, we've looked serious and sexy... anything as long as it's expressive and creative' They have danced at fundraising events, local television shows, done performances on stage like Adventures in Dance by Paul Curmi Dance Company and other local events including Notte Bianca 2008 and 2009. They have also been back-up dancers for various local artists including singers like Brooke and Thea amongst others.

You might be asking: who the heck are these guys? Under the direction of dancer and choreographer Stuart, U.E.T is a group of energetic young people with different dance training backgrounds, who share a common passion for hip hop. Dedication shown through hours of practice and a unique crave to perform, defines this dynamic crew.

Funky music and originality are always a must during their performances. In fact, their inspiration comes from the freshest hip hop tunes and the work of international choreographers they've seen on TV Shows and movies. With regard to their style, 'anything expressive is worth a try' from old school hip hop such as locking, popping and breaking to most recent new style and Krumping just to mention a few.

By combining old school hip hop culture with their own style, Urban Echo Troupe are taking street dance to an entire new level.
