A live performance from multi-platinum French recording artist and producer David Gueta and Chris Willis will complete the line-up for this year's Isle of MTV Malta Special.
Both artists, certainly need no introduction as their music is famous all around the globe.

Further to the partial line up announced a few weeks ago, the above mentioned 2 big names have been added to the line-up for this year's concert which is set to be held on the 30th of June.

David Guetta and Chris Willis will join Kid Rock, Kelis and Scissor Sisters for what promises to be one of the best ever concerts in Malta.

Further to the partial line up announced a few weeks ago, another big name act has been announced for this year's Isle of MTV concert. None other than Kid Rock will hit the stage at the Fosos in Floriana. Kid Rock is an American singer-songwriter with a number of Grammy Award nominations. Kid Rock's music blends together elements of hip hop, blues rock, southern rock and country music. Along the years he sold millions of albums. In 2007, Kid Rock released Rock N Roll Jesus, which produced a hit in 'All Summer Long' which topped the charts in Europe and Australia.

During the press conference, Tourism Parliamentary Secretary Mario de Marco said that the Isle of MTV Malta Special is becoming more and more popular this year with both tourists and locals. This event is part of the Malta Music Week which will be held as a build up towards the concert of 30th June.

MTV Networks International (MTVNI), announced that Scissor Sisters and Kelis will perform at the Isle of MTV live music event in Malta on 30 June.

MTV and the Malta Tourism Authority are gearing up to rock Malta once more in what has become one of the highlights of the European summer music scene. MTV and the Island of Malta are thrilled to welcome this amazing band to Malta for this year's Summer Spectacular, The Isle Of MTV!

Award Winning Superstar and the original female Innovator Kelis will be performing at this year's Isle of MTV, with songs from her new album Flesh Tone and no doubt some of her many Smash Hit World Wide Anthems. Kelis is a Brit Award winner and Grammy nominated female, who has received critical acclaim for her global success with Milkshake and her latest single, Acapella, has already been given Global Priority Status across the International network of MTV Channels and debuted as TOP 5 single in the UK! Kelis was a co-host for the 2006 EMAs in Copenhagen, and is looking forward to returning to the MTV stage as a performer:
